SLU-PP-332 is not a peptide. It is a synthetic small molecule studied as an agonist of the estrogen-related receptors (ERRα, ERRβ and ERRγ) — orphan nuclear receptors that regulate transcriptional programmes governing mitochondrial biogenesis and oxidative metabolism.
