Shipping Policy

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are dispatched the same day. We maintain ready inventory of all catalog items to eliminate production delays.

A tracking number is emailed once your shipment is processed. Same-day means same-day — no hidden processing windows.

Business days: Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after the cutoff or on weekends will ship the next business day.

All peptides ship as lyophilized (freeze-dried) powders, which are stable at ambient temperature during transit. Upon receipt, transfer immediately to proper storage conditions (−20°C or colder for long-term storage).

Packaging & Handling

Every order is packaged to protect compound integrity throughout transit:

• Individual vials are sealed and labeled with lot number, compound name, and quantity
• Protective packaging prevents breakage and light exposure
• All shipments include a Certificate of Analysis (COA) for each lot
• Discreet, unmarked exterior packaging

Shipping Restrictions

Domestic Only

Reflex Peptides ships exclusively within the United States. Orders with international shipping addresses cannot be fulfilled and will be cancelled with a full refund.

We do not ship to:

• International addresses (including U.S. territories where restricted)
• Freight forwarders or mail forwarding services
• APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
• P.O. Boxes (for Priority Mail Express only)

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, or arrives with visible damage:

• Contact us within 72 hours of the delivery date
• Provide your order number and photographic documentation of any damage
• We will investigate with the carrier and issue a replacement or refund as appropriate

Reflex Peptides is not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure, attended address.
