CJC-1295 without DAC — often listed as modified GRF(1-29) — is a synthetic analog of the first 29 residues of growth-hormone-releasing hormone, the shortest fragment that retains full activity at the GHRH receptor. Four substitutions in the native sequence slow enzymatic breakdown relative to unmodified GHRH(1-29).
